Quick Summary

Most ABA centers assign 15 children per BCBA. Ours cap at 8. Ally also provides speech therapy, OT, and autism testing under one roof — so your child's entire care team works together daily.

WHAT IS
ABA THERAPY?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is an evidence-based approach commonly used to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. At its core, ABA therapy is about understanding behavior, teaching new skills, and tracking progress in ways that are measurable, meaningful, and tailored to your child.

ABA is considered the gold standard in autism therapy because it focuses on individual, real-world goals that matter to families…

  • Communication delays and socialization
  • Transitions and schedules
  • Barrier behaviors, such as self injury or physical aggression
  • Play skills
  • Toilet learning and self-care
  • School readiness and kindergarten preparedness
  • Independence and self-advocacy

Through ABA Therapy with Ally Behavior, each child receives a personalized treatment plan that supports success not only in our center, but also at home, in school, and in everyday life. We work on meaningful and individual goals that make a real difference for your child and your family.

How ABA Therapy Works:
Data, Goals, and Progress Tracking

The root of effective ABA Therapy is frequent data collection. Throughout your child’s day at the center, our team will collect data on skills they are working on as well as behaviors we are hoping to reduce, such as self-injury or physical aggression. By tracking how often behaviors occur and under what circumstances, we can adjust interventions to better support your child. We compare data collected during your child’s program to baseline data from their comprehensive assessments, which occur upon enrollment and every 6 months afterwards.

During your parent meetings, your child’s care team will share data collected from therapy sessions, including skill acquisition, behavior trends, and milestones achieved. This helps you see both small improvements and long-term growth. If certain strategies aren’t working or if new challenges arise, your BCBA will discuss adjustments to the plan. This ensures that interventions remain individualized and effective. Through ABA Therapy, we use data to celebrate success, adjust strategies when needed, and keep your child moving steadily forward.

“Our son was recently diagnosed with autism requiring intensive ABA Therapy, Speech and OT. This place has been a blessing for our family. It's a gem with all three services available in the same building. The picture does not serve this facility justice. They have a fantastic program/routine for the children and the staff members are just amazing.”

WHY CHOOSE
CENTER-BASED?

At Ally Behavior, our center-based ABA therapy model is specially designed to give early learners with autism the best possible start. With skilled therapists your child benefits from daily, hands-on support and frequent program updates. This means their therapy stays on track and adjusts quickly to their ever-changing needs.

Our structured center keeps distractions low and provides all the right tools for focused, effective ABA Therapy. Therapy sessions take place in a variety of purposefully designed rooms: individual structured therapy rooms for one-on-one learning, classroom-style spaces for practicing school-readiness skills, and playground spaces where children can learn through fun, movement, and peer engagement.

Socialization

Ally's center-based setting offers consistent routines and plenty of chances for peer interaction. Playing, learning, and growing alongside other children helps your child build vital social skills in a natural, encouraging environment. Areas like our Natural Environment Teaching (NET) rooms allow children to engage in parallel play and interact with peers. Friendships can begin here!

Generalization

The center-based model enhances skill generalization. Children rotate between care providers, allowing skills to be generalized across therapists. Parent trainings equip caregivers with the tools they need to reinforce learning at home. Every Ally Behavior Center mirrors real-world settings, so your child gains practical skills that smoothly transition to kindergarten and beyond.

Full-Service

Learning at Ally Behavior extends beyond ABA, speech and OT, and even more than our therapy spaces - our lunch rooms and bathroom spaces are designed specifically for early learners. Here, your child is supported in learning daily living skills and social routines. For learners who benefit from a mid-day rest, we also offer a quiet and comfortable nap room to help them recharge and stay ready to learn.

CLINICAL
EXCELLENCE

At Ally Behavior, clinical quality isn’t just a goal — it’s built into everything we do. From how we structure our programs to how we maintain our spaces and support our families, every detail is designed to help your child make meaningful progress.

Person-Centered Model

We follow a person-centered model, which means every ABA therapy plan is fully individualized. No two children are alike, and their therapy shouldn’t be either. Each plan is tailored to your child’s individual strengths, needs, interests and goals — and their plan evolves as they grow.

Clinical Quality Audits

What truly sets ABA therapy at Ally apart is our proactive, data-driven approach to quality assurance. Every month, our clinical quality team audits all treatment plans, staff training goals, and data trends to ensure every child stays on track. Our Developmental Pediatricians and Pediatric Psychologists also play an essential role in elevating the care we provide, offering expert oversight that supports well-rounded, effective treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is ABA therapy?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy is an evidence-based approach used to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. It focuses on understanding behavior, teaching new skills, and tracking measurable progress through individualized treatment plans. ABA is widely considered the gold standard in autism therapy.

What does ABA therapy work on?

ABA therapy at Ally targets communication delays, socialization, transitions, barrier behaviors (such as self-injury or physical aggression), play skills, toilet learning, self-care, school readiness, and independence — with goals tailored to each individual child.

How does ABA therapy work at Ally Behavior?

Every child receives a 1-on-1 personalized treatment plan. Therapists collect data throughout the day on skills and behaviors, and your child's BCBA reviews progress with you during regular parent meetings. Comprehensive assessments occur at enrollment and every 6 months to ensure goals stay relevant and effective.

How is Ally Behavior's ABA program different from other providers?

Each BCBA at Ally supports a maximum of 8 clients — well below the industry average — allowing for deeper, more consistent clinical attention. Ally also provides on-site speech and occupational therapy in the same building, so your child's full care team collaborates daily. The program is designed specifically for children under 6.

Does ABA therapy progress extend beyond the center?

Yes. Ally's approach is designed to generalize skills across settings. Parent training is built into every child's program, and the clinical team provides guidance to support real-world results at home, in school, and in the community.
